Dear Russell,

Thank you so much for repairing my boiler so quickly and at very reasonable cost. As you know wehad been without heating for a week and my wife who is disabled was decoming quite upset as well as cold. After five visits from the company I have a contract with, I called you in desperation, as it was still not working. You diagnosed what was wrong straight away and it was repaired within the hour.

Thank you again, I have cancelled my annual contract as I will be using you from now on. I hope you enjoy the chocolates.
